Engr. Charles Olusegun Adekuajo is the Chairman of the board of Firstmidas MFB Limited and the MD/CEO of Havilah Hydrocarbon Resources Management Nig. Limited, and Director, ReahHope Nig. Limited. He is Chairman, FirstHome Mortgage Brokers Ltd. and his founding partner, Firstmidas Microfinance Bank Limited. He is also Chairman, IbharCan Investment Limited and a Director in Energy Hub. Also, Chairman / CEO Stonewall Tech Nig. Ltd. and TrackDrill Oil Field & Rentals Services Limited.
The Chairperson, Ido-Ekiti Industrialization & Youth Empowerment Committee of the IDO-EKITI SUMMIT and Chairman, Acejo Heritage Foundation, an NGO that reaches out to widows in need and Member, Board of Trustees, Sola Adeola Cradle-2-Career Foundation.
Charles holds BSc. Hon. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan and MBA from Delta State University, Abraka.
An Associate Member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Charles is a professional engineer, registered with COREN in Nigeria and maintains memberships with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
