Olajide Oluwakemi Esther – Head, Human Resources
Esther is a teacher registration council of Nigeria (TRCN), a seasoned professional and human resources practitioner that deals with managing people and building capacity and counseling. She holds a Bsc/Ed Mathematics from the University of Lagos, an NCE holder from college of education Ikere-Ekiti. She is a highly skilled, proactive, and challenge-driven person with proficiency in reconciliation of accounts and at a time an ICT Support.
Before joining Firstmidas Microfinance Bank Limited, she has over 10 years working experience in teaching and she has worked with: JECO College Lagos, Christian Heritage School, Lagos, Tesma Private College Lagos, Perfect Gift international School, Ido-Ekiti and Abundant Favour of God Ido-Ekiti.
