What are the requirements to get a loan?

1) Your last six (6) months Statement of account

2) Valide Means of Identification

3) Utility Bill

4) Hand written application for loan

For people taking more than ₦150,000 would need two guarantors

1) One passport and identity card of both your guarantor.

2) Guarantor’s must have cheques.

PEOPLE THAT HAVE THEIR SALARY WITH FIRSTMIDASMFB DON’T NEED TO SEND PAYSLIPS

How many days does it take to process a loan application?

24hrs as soon as all your documents are complete

How many months will I use to repay a loan?

Max. 6 months

What charges do I need to pay before my loan will be approved?

Max. 7% on the loan Amount

How do you resolve debit card issue?

Lodge the complain to: cardservices@firstmidasmfb.com, then it will be processed

Can I ask for overdraft (quick cash?)

What are the requirements for opening an account ?

SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Fill the account opening form/mandate
Attach passport photograph
Attach utility bill
Attach ID’s (National, Drivers License, voters card) etc
Fill the KYC form

For Current/Cooperate account, All Document/Certificate of Registration must be attached.

What is the initial deposit required to open an account ?
