Stephen Okereafor – Head – Human Resource & Administration
Stephen is a seasoned professional and Human Resource Generalist with vast experience that spans relationship management, people management, capacity building and counselling. He holds a BSc in Accounting and an HND in Marketing from Imo State University and Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Imo State respectively. He is a highly effective, dynamic, challenge-driven and goal-oriented individual with a keen interest in administration and people management.
Before joining Firstmidas Microfinance Bank Limited, he worked with Oceanic Bank, Zenith Bank, Aquila Group and GIGM. He is an Associate of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and also has a certification in credit risk modelling and operations risk calculation for Microfinance Banks.
